The SurviveAndConquerCoaching delivery system is set up to electronically deliver your order, as well as to send you an email with the download link. However, occasionally and despite our best efforts, an order may go through without sending the links for your download.

In the case of purchased materials, please contact us with your receipt and we'll get you the download link immediately!

In the case of free materials there won't be a receipt. In that case, simply contact us and tell us what you were trying to access. We'll get you the download link as quickly as possible!

What exactly do I get when I order?

We offer information to help Brick and Mortar business move on to the internet, successfully! The information that we provide is in a variety of formats.

Some of the material is available to members, some is available to BASIC Members and some is available ONLY to PREMIER (Paid) members.

In the case of PDF files (our most commonly used format) you are provided links to the files, allowing you to download those files to your computer.

In many cases, these files are ZIPPED and will need to be UNZIPPED in order to access the files.

What are my Rights to these materials?

Unless otherwise state, you have only PERSONAL RIGHTS to the Survive And Conquer Coaching information. It is for your use and not be shared unless clearly stated.

How will I get my Purchased Materials?

If you have made a purchase here, after you pay, you'll be taken to a page where you can download your order.

In addition, you will be sent an email with links to download your purchased files.

You have 48 hours to download the Purchased Materials.

Will I have to pay every month?

This is  a membership site featuring both FREE and PAID membership levels. The BASIC Membership is our Free Membership Level.

BASIC Members have access to certain areas. Their access to some materials may have a time limit, such as a week or a month. Some of the past content is available for purchase. BASIC Members also receive discounts on other Survive And Conquer Online products.

PREMIER Members have a choice to pay a Monthly Subscription, a  Quarterly Subscription, or an Annual Subscription. NOTE: All options are automatically renewed.

All PREMIER Members receive unlimited access to the SurviveAndConquerCoaching site and it s contents. In addition, they are sometimes given special consideration for related materials that are not included in the SurviveAndConquerCoaching content.
